General Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We strive to ensure a seamless booking experience. All customers are encouraged to familiarize themselves with our refund policy, which outlines the terms and conditions governing your reservations.<\/span>\n<h3><b>2. Non-Refundable Bookings<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All bookings made through TiketVisa are non-refundable <\/span><b>except in the specific circumstances described in Point 3: Refund Eligibility <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Most airlines and destinations do not offer bookings beyond this range.<\/em>\n<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Payment Inbound Errors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: If a customer has made a duplicate payment, overpaid, or the payment was processed but no booking was initiated due to a technical error (commonly referred to as a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">payment inbound case<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), a full or partial refund may be issued upon verification. This applies only when funds have been received by TiketVisa, but no corresponding service has been rendered. If a dispute is raised, the customer must cancel the dispute for us to process a manual refund, if applicable.<\/span>\n<h3><b>5. Automated Booking System<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our booking system is fully automated to ensure prompt and accurate processing of your flight ticket and hotel reservations. This automation means that once your order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing queue and cannot be modified or canceled.<\/span>\n<h3><b>6.
