All bookings made through TiketVisa are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in Point 3: Refund Eligibility . Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.3. To'lovni qaytarish huquqi
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:- Unavailability of Services: If we are unable to secure a flight or hotel reservation as requested, a full refund will be issued. #Note Flight availability only extends up to 325 days from the date that user does booking. Most airlines and destinations do not offer bookings beyond this range.
- Payment Inbound Errors: If a customer has made a duplicate payment, overpaid, or the payment was processed but no booking was initiated due to a technical error (commonly referred to as a payment inbound case), a full or partial refund may be issued upon verification. This applies only when funds have been received by TiketVisa, but no corresponding service has been rendered. Please contact us promptly with your transaction details.
