退款政策

1. 一般政策
我们努力确保无缝预订体验。我们鼓励所有客户熟悉我们的退款政策,其中概述了管理您预订的条款和条件。
2. 不可退款的预订
All bookings made through TiketVisa are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in Point 3: Refund Eligibility . Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances.
3. 退款资格
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
- Unavailability of Services: If we are unable to secure a flight or hotel reservation as requested, a full refund will be issued.
- Payment Inbound Errors: If a customer has made a duplicate payment, overpaid, or the payment was processed but no booking was initiated due to a technical error (commonly referred to as a payment inbound case), a full or partial refund may be issued upon verification. This applies only when funds have been received by TiketVisa, but no corresponding service has been rendered. Please contact us promptly with your transaction details.

4. 争议政策

6. 例外
我们不因以下任何原因提供退款或取消:
- 改变主意或个人情况
- 客户在预订过程中犯的错误
- 旅行计划或日程安排发生变化
- 移民局拒绝入境
- 第三方提供商延误或取消航班或酒店预订
7. 客户责任
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. TiketVisa is not liable for any errors or omissions made by the customer that may affect their flight ticket or hotel reservation.
